I had sinus surgery with Dr Sigari three weeks ago using his in office technique. I had it done right in his office, in one hour, no packing afterward and could breathe better the next day than I had for quite some time. I had two polyps on one side blocking my sinus, which he removed. It was so pain free I am still amazed. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and talked to me throughout the procedure, made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was given happy pills to relax, and I know it sounds freaky because he is working on me and I m awake! But it was easy. The pain I ve had for the last 4 months is gone
