I would rate this dealership a zero star if I could. I had a terrible experience. I am so upset as I drove 3 hours to buy a 2017 Jeep Renegade. When I got there, I was told by a gentlemen named Robert that the dealership had lost the keys. I asked if I could at least test drive another car similar to the one I wanted. 30 minutes went by and the keys to test drive the other car must have gotten lost also because Robert never got back to me. Is this how you all run a business specially during a pandemic? I have never felt so mistreated in my life specially after you all run my credit and got me pre-approved before driving there. I felt as though my business wasn t important! Thank you for making me waste 6+ hours of commute.
