- Instructors are great! Gave clear and concise instructions.
- Variety of activities, from caving to parkour to rock climbing.
- Love that after they go through all the activities, you still have time on your own to whatever stations you want.

- Obstacles are rather easy which removed the scary factor that makes obstacle courses fun. Would be great for family with kids probably.
