We financed a vehicle through Truliant a year and a half ago because they had better rates. What a mistake. Impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. Most unprofessional customer service I've dealt with at a financial institution. We were flat out lied to multiple times. I've been trying to get a payoff for days now because we are feed up with this bank and are going to discontinue any business with them but I can't even get a straight answer on that. Competitive rates is the only thing bringing this bank business...definitely not the service. Look elsewhere for similar rates and better service. Will not use Truliant again under any circumstances. Oh and don't let them transfer you to other agents. They try their best to get you off the phone by making excuses and then say they'll transfer you but it will ALWAYS disconnect the call. RUN from this bank as fast as you can. I have accounts with over a dozen financial institutions and I have never been treated so poorly, especially by a company that, one would think, would like to keep my business and earn even more from the competition. I learned my lesson. Avoid Truliant like a disease.
