Missed pickups 3 weeks in a row. I called everyday to be told it would be picked up that day. Still hasn't been picked up...

I received a courteous response from the business on Google Reviews, but no one has responded to the email I sent answering the question why it was repeatedly missed even after almost a dozen follow up phone calls.
