Overall, this is a spe tabular resort. The accommodations, scenery and location are exceptional. The food, however, is mediocre. Communication could be better too.
We reserved 3 rooms for our extended family on a 4 day stay here.
When I personally requested one of our families be relocated to a room with more space like the other family, I was assured a specific room (350) on another floor would be exactly what we requested.
When they went to the newly assigned room. It was identical to what they already had.
Questioning staff, they were told I had said anything in the 350 room number range was fine.
We never had a conversation like that.
I am very specific in my communications.

Otherwise we really like the resort.
