I've been training with Mike for almost a year now...

I've been training with Mike for almost a year now, and in that small amount of time I've learnt a lot of things like how to execute a proper squats and deadlift lol. I can keep on going on how awesome VIP Fitness is but I will just let you experience it! If you want want to change your Physique I would Highly recommend them.
