My account was duplicate payed R2641.80 on 2nd Oct...

My account was duplicate payed R2641.80 on 2nd October 2020 and its 28th October 2020 and I am still battling to get my refund . I have sent many mails to a specific individual in their accounts department with no results or response , I then took the liberty to phone today , 28th October at 13h10 and was told that the lady is out of the office at the time of me phoning and more so she was on leave hence this refund was not done . What a pathetic excuse because one can be rest assured that if you owe them this money , they will be on your back like no mans business whether you sick , have the money to pay etc and yes rightfully so they have to get their money , so what's good for the goose is good for the gander .
