For the rest, you can buy a coupon Internet access for 30 minutes for 1 . Only 6 floors. At the last there is a cafe, a free toilet. Excellent panoramic view of the city from the top floor. There is access to an outdoor area. Everywhere books, CDs, computers, you can take your laptop, power outlets with a shaft.
