I had a cute little house in an area that was ok, but it wasn't an area that anyone would consider "desirable". Though the house was adorable, it came with a huge problem. It was only 650 sf. One BR, One Bath. I assumed it would be tough to sell. I priced it a little high, thinking we'd come down on the price as needed. Realty Executives listed it on a Monday. Less than 24 hours later, there was an offer signed and accepted (with 2 people on standby who also wanted it), and within 3 weeks, the entire process was done. Closed for the amount I'd originally asked for, although I paid for some of the closing costs. Realty Executives handled everything and the process was amazingly quick. So quick, I almost didn't have time to pack and get out of there, LOL. I will use them again, no doubt about it.
