Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and aware of our needs while finding our RAV4. He was very accessible to ask questions through the whole process. Joanne in service and the General Manager, Chris, are also amazing to deal with. Gateway is always our choice for Toyota needs - our 1999 4Runner is still in tip top shape thanks to them! Highly recommended.
