I have explained that I didn't owe any money to any company. Sprint did some mistake and without letting me know that I owe them they sent to corrections. I made the point clear to ERC and without checking back with the SPRINT they reported to Credit company. This will ruin my credit history. They need to make sure before reporting to Credit bureau. When i called Sprint they said I didn't owe anything and mistake from their end. Not sure why ERC is not enquire proper details and even when customer said they didn't follow up. Totally upset and disappointed.
