Not easy to work with, add-on charges kept popping up.

RAdata technician tested our house and found radon level of 6 pCi/L (2 point above the EPA limit). We then signed a 5 page RAdata contract for radon remediation. During the actual remediation work, RAdata said the work required additional effort and charged us another $200 over the contracted price, even though their technician had been on the premises before the contract was signed and presumably knew what was required to do the work.
Second price add-on popped up for verification that the remediation actually reduced to radon level to an acceptable level. RAdata quoted a contract footnote and charged us another $225 to verify that the radon level was now acceptable.
Last issue popped up when they notified us, via US mail (not via email), that we need to get the town to inspect the remediation and issue a permit. Of course, it took two weeks for the mail to get to us and then we had to scramble to get the town to perform the inspection within two days before the scheduled house sale (house closing).
We called the office for each of the three issues. Each time we felt that the office talked to us in a condescending manner.
