Hotel convenient to reach from the airport and clo...

Hotel convenient to reach from the airport and close to the metro.
Clean comfortable rooms with a huge TV.
The only flaw: the price. Upon arrival I was charged an amount of 29 euros more than I should have spent, I asked for explanations but I have not received any answers so far.
