I wouldn't have given a 1 but had no choice. Used Valet for my car with this company while at the Onyx Nail bar. The guy was in such a hurry, he yanked on my door handle, breaking it. A report was filled out & i was assured it would be covered. Well, Jason, the owner, continues to ignore my calls, after telling me he would cover it, but being a Mercedes, it's not a "cheap fix" & now he's MIA. I have made all the first contacts, he has never called me, as I was promised & I am furious, as this is a $1500 repair!!! Guess my Attorney will be giving them a call! This happened April 30.
