After many months of trying to live with the bad experience I had with New Look Kitchen and Bath, I have decided, after still having issues because of the poor job that was done in my kitchen, to warn anyone thinking of using this company for a remodel in their home to please think twice. A job that was supposed to be completed in two, at tops two and one half months, took over six months to complete. My kitchen was to be completed by Thanksgiving of 2014 but barely got my kitchen back to full use by Easter of 2015. Poor and sometime no communication from Kelley Miller during those months made it even more difficult. As of recent a cabinet door fell off and my dishwasher was not installed properly so that I have to fight the top rack constantly in order to load the bottom rack. Communicated these issues and asked for a resolution with no response. Save yourself a lot of grief and go elsewhere for your remodelling needs.
