They put false info on my credit report confusing ...

They put false info on my credit report confusing me with someone else. Now they will not remove it or give me any kind of release so I can solve the issue. Office staff is rude, and does not return voicemails. Had to go in person to get any answers. This is a collection agency, who's only care is getting money even when you are mistaken for someone else. Any company's or people who use them will be on my stay away from list.
