I went there on 18th of August for the free COVID ...

I went there on 18th of August for the free COVID 19 test. They told me to wait in the queue. So I waited the whole night. I ended up taking nose swab. Now after 5 days I still have not received results! I wasted so much of time waiting and money on taxies! They do not pick the phone and there is no way how to check up on my results.
