Do not buy from this company as a first time home ...

Do not buy from this company as a first time home buyer with my wife we were told that the area we brought in was a up in coming area. Across the street sits a empty lot which homeowners had to fight in city hall on April 13 to stop another development company from building a 65 unit all low income apartments that accepts section 8,which would have devalued our property. Along side that the same architect that built our condo was going to build the low income for rpm development which was trying to build across from us I look at this as a bad investment which m & m sold us a beautiful dream. Please do your due diligence before buying anything from this company because most areas they target are high crime areas with overpriced sales, the only people that's benefiting from this is the local drug dealers, liquor store, corner store,and section 8 tenants, M & M development. Our roof top has yet to be fix the benches are gone and outside the building is always trash bags on the side which we pay hesta management HOA which is also own by M & M. My wife put in a work order for a cabinet to be placed and it took 4 months before we gotten a cabinet the floors inside the condo we purchase makes squeaky sounds the building was built in 2015 to my knowledge we move in February of 2016 it seems m & m have rushed there work to make a quick sale we told them about the floors and no one seems to care are come out to see the problem. We now hire a new property management company to manage and take pride in our property. As a medical professional working in New York City and jersey city I have had so many colleagues that wanted to come to the city of Newark and purchase condos are townhomes and at one time I had M & M development as a great development company to purchase from but not I have to reconsider that and not let the next hard working individual be fooled.also along purchasing the condo we were looking for a lawyer to handle the paperwork M & M recommend us to a attorney that was in Harrison New Jersey which was related to them when my wife contacted him for our deed there was no call answer and the firm we met him at to go over the paperwork he was no longer apart of that attorney firm so the attorney firm helped my wife to get the deed.please please please do your home work do your due diligence before buying anything from this development if you trying to become a homeowner thank god I make great money to get my family up out this hell hole.
