Every time I make a delivery to ras it turns into...

Every time I make a delivery to ras it turns into a all day adventure.our appt.time is 8am yet we never yet we are never unloaded in less than 3 hrs by making deliveries here all it does is take money out of my pocket and food off my table. The way they unload here is comical and I would hope all drivers that deliver would post the same experiences they have here and maybe things can get straightened out.
