I will NEVER take Carmel car service again in NYC unless you refund this fair. Your service was recommended to me by a friend and I am not impressed. Our driver did not speak English, and was rude when we didn't understand him -the car (actually a dirty stinky van) was disgusting and I was nauseous with how he was driving...the car smelled of cigarette smoke - I have complained to the company and will let you know what happens.
