UTTER INCOMPETENCE FOR 10 MONTHS

I requested a replacement cylinder for a Steelcase chair in April 2017. The chair is still in production. After 11 months of waiting, calling, e-mailing, stalling and apologies from Mamie and Steve they are giving me the courtesy of refunding the money I gave them 7 months ago. They sent a technician by last week, supposedly with the spares (finally) who not only did not have the correct part, but destroyed my chair trying to insert the incorrect part.....stating "you will not be charged for any labor incurred"
