Their customer service is bad, i wish i could give...

Their customer service is bad, i wish i could give 0 star. Every time i call, i get transferred to 4 different people and in the end the last person's voice mail. Its like they are never at their desk (getting paid for not doing anything). My issue never got resolved and i kept calling for few days. Their email help is no good either. And the vendor had attitude when asked to get credit for expired drinks. We get credit at our other locations without fussing of the vendor.
