I had a dispute with them and my insurance company...

I had a dispute with them and my insurance company. They told me were sending over a referral to a specialist then right after my appointment I was advised they changed their mind. They decided after the fact that I would pay for the appointment because the miscommunication in their office. 2 days later the referral was sent over cause another staff person said there was no reason not too. But now I am told that I have been discharged from their office due to me fighting for what was right. Horrible staff manager John, he was extremely unprofessional!!!
