The docks on the bay ( reminds me of a song , one of my favorites ) canals , , minutes away from any kind of beaches .ferries to Shelter Island , to Orient point and Connecticut .
Weather ? Let's say , Always set a rain date if you make plans .
Of course everyone has heard of the East and west Hamptons !
Cute country shoppers and streets .
U r only approx. 1 1/2 hours from the Big Apple .
