I just spoke with a lady named Jennifer. She has to be one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to regarding customer service. She said I was unbelievable and that I should be happy that the service guy even had time to work me in today. She told me I was not allowed to get a call from my servicer to explain why the warranty I m using on a 25 year old air conditioner won t replace the unit but instead will replace the compressor and possibly the coil within. Sounds like extra work when the unit should just be replaced. I have been without ac for almost a week already. I will be contacting American Home Shield ASAP.
