We live in Red deer Alberta, and have been with SafeTec alarm systems for almost 6 years. The service and monitoring has been top notch. They hard wired our home after it was built and installed the system which has never had any problems to date. The monitoring has been great and we take advantage of the security guard option should we be away from home and police are dispatched security will check first, for a nominable per month.
