Builders are genuinely providing the flats ready for owners,well on-time as committed . I purchased just because of positve feedback from my relatives who are already flat owners of one of the DS max project since last 6 years. But for interior work they have to be bit more Pro active and complete as per timeline, if they want onwers to get it done thru them. Few staff like Fahad from interiors is good with hospitality and he always honor the commitment he makes . Whenever I got issues , he managed to resolve within few days. Most importantly ,we fine issues with Super Senior management of DS Max, they also need to be interactive with flat owners to get their feedback and to get suggestions if any. This Diwali i am taking possession of my flat. Hoping the maintenance team will be professionally supportive in all manner for all matters of our apartment for next three years as committed by them.

At last I must say DS Max group is reliable , budgetary and trustworthy one , by avoiding small issues which is negligible as compare to Many Big builders .
