This was our 3rd annual Board of Directors retreat...

This was our 3rd annual Board of Directors retreat at this property. There were many refurbished areas, and all was comfortable and well organized. The staff (both back office and on site) were responsive and helpful and we will happily return there next year. Guest rooms were improved in the area we stayed in (one nicety I really missed were bathrobes!). One other minor complaint was how lost everyone seemed to get in finding our way through the maze of buildings.
All that aside - this is a perfect setting for the type of meetings we had - our meeting room was comfortable with great Hudson River views; the costs were quite reasonable and the meals provided were good. Note: on site there is a new restaurant ("Goosefeather", which was excellent). The grounds are beautiful, the Cellar 49 bar a perfect spot to meet after working; perfect distance from Manhattan. - many many reasons to hold business/professional gatherings here.
