They are terrible at responding. They are not cons...

They are terrible at responding. They are not consistent in what they say to do for filing a warranty claim. I got automated updates of my claim with no information. The hours of operation are not conducive if you live in a different time-zone than the east cost. I had one person who was helpful, but had other interactions where the operator just hung up because they were closing. I am highly disappointed with this company.
