This company bought out our previous provider, and...

This company bought out our previous provider, and it's been nothing but technical issues and extra fees ever since. We have to call frequently for technical support because of outages only to be told everything looks fine on their end. And that's the end of it. There is never an answer or solution to fix whatever problem we call about. Today, our internet went out AGAIN even though their pay-per-month router shows all the right lights working. Last straw was we weren't even able to reach them by phone. Didn't even ring. Maybe their awesome phone system is out too. Finding another company ASAP.
