They dont let you know on their website that they only do appointments. They would save a whole lot of people time like myself if they updated their website.

2. Secuity guards are very rude and act like they are part of the swat team.

3. The african american lady at the front desk had a very bad additude. I clearly understood as soon as i walked in that there wasnt any walk ins and that they only do appointments. There is no reason on earth for her to have to blur out comments like "people are so busy they cant even make appointments " with a loud voice and with rude bad tone for everyone to hear. She greeted some people by saying " what do you need?" . her higher up needs a talk with her.
