So much incompetence and ill will is hardly believable! To deal with people who do not know or do not want to provide a minimum public service revolts me. Indeed, on that day, the discussion with the person at the reception desk at Guichet G at 4 p.m. (the person of course refused to disclose his name) was the opportunity to meet an agent who not only showed bad faith. but also a blatant lack of courtesy and understanding. Simple application of the law and the regulations will you say to me? So, why did you take the trouble to detail the passport stamps to allow you to criticize the fact that the person requesting the renewal was obviously not traveling much (justifying in passing your very weak eagerness to attend? the user in the renewal of this passport)? In addition, a town hall in the region accepted without discussing the same requests a few hours later (even though the next meeting proposed by the town hall of Caen was in more than a month ... at the earliest)? Put more effort into doing your job rather than making excuses not to do it ....
A few tips: wear masks as you demand from users, learn to be friendly and be of service instead of looking for the slightest excuse to do nothing (do we not speak of "public service"), organize yourself and intensify a little effort ... all users of the public service will thank you. For once, the posture is scandalous and the will / professionalism non-existent.
