We found Pine Hill Auto by mistake on google maps then we started to read the outstanding reviews from other customers so we had to see for ourselves if it was all true. The purchase was for my son s 1st car so we had a budget in mind on what to spend. We found a car within his budget and took it for a test drive. Overall the car sounded and felt good but we had some questions (there were many to follow too) for Ricky. He answered all of them truthfully and explained in detail what was going on with the car. They even put the car on the lift for us so we could see under the car. We NEVER felt any pressure to purchase the car and always had a good feeling about doing business with Ricky and Woody. We purchased the car which was the best decision and best value for my son. We did have some issues that needed to be resolved but Ricky covered ALL of them under his 2 week warranty promise. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues. Ricky and Woody have my family s business for life.
