By far the worst company that I have every had experience with. Ok I was refered to them by my claims adjuster. I schedule an appointment to have my roof tarped after Hurricane Irma. I took off from work because I want to be home if any issues arised. So the technician was schedule btwn 12-5pm he never called or showed up. So I called the customer service two times regarding the matter. Then I was rescheduled for the next day for 8-12pm deja vu all over again. This time the customer service rep. tells me the technician says he should be there btwn 1-3pm which I doubt it. To anyone reading this if your claims adjuster suggestion this company I would highly decline. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. If I could give them a ZERO for rating I would.
