Disappointing handling of criticism to improve lecturers and the school management.

E-mail inquiries or criticism will not be responded to or answered (mail to course director / president of the school / lecturers ...).
Lecturer reacts annoyed, course management rejects guilt and refers to lecturers, President does not react at all.

Very unprofessional handling even though the school is financially supported by the cantons. As the education department of the canton, I would have serious doubts whether this money should not be better placed in a more suitable institution.

The majority of all lecturers do a great job! I would like to emphasize that here.
Only the management level of this school seems to be overwhelmed with "non-standard situation"

What a shame! After these experiences I will not recommend the school to anyone!
