I recently had the pleasure of working with Summit Title Services, Ellen Frith and Pam Koehler for my recent purchase of my new home. Both Ellen and Pam were extremely prompt and professional during the whole process. Although these are unprecedented times for their title company, they never missed a beat and in fact discovered errors on the sellers documents that had been submitted. Their attention to detail was meticulous and both Ellen and Pam treated my closing as it was their only transaction they were working on.
