We visited on Saturday 4th January. This Pret is not up to usual standard. Several toilets were locked with queues of around 12 people waiting for 3 dirty toilets with no loo paper except for that trampled on floors and sticking out of bins. Tables were dirty and flies were on the table. It's very busy because of the location next to the park. It was clearly understaffed as they were overwhelmed with the volume of customers. Food as good as usual. Awful environment.
