NE Management seems to have a dismissive to unresponsive culture towards issues, and it is apparent from the unresponsiveness of their office and the same at their property-level management. I have been in constant communication the the onsite management about community rule violations that have not been remedied. Since the lease commenced, I have constantly encountered other tenants who violate community policies. While the community I lease at is marketed as a luxury living community, the community allows itself to be treated in the opposite manner. The largest issue facing the community is that the management does not regularly and consistently enforce the community policies that are agreed to in the lease. Every tenant on every side of me has disrupted my work or living with yelling, slamming, screaming, loud music, etc. at all hours of the day, including 2:00 am on weekdays. The managements' solution has been to contact the police, or their response has been that prospects touring the property have not complained. Despite calling the police department numerous times, the noise disturbances from other tenants have not been remedied. Aside from the blatant disregard my neighboring tenants have of the community policies, numerous other tenants continuous violate community policies including leaving broken mirrors, unleashed aggressive dogs, trash bags, etc. on their balconies, leaving pet excrement on the property grounds, leaving trash cans and bags out at all hours of the day (outside designated collection times), and allowing guests to park in the resident-only parking area. When I arrive home after a 60-hour work week, I do not want to struggle to find parking because several vehicles that are not residents' vehicles are parked in the resident-only area, or to sit in my car and wait as another tenants dog is roaming the parking lot off-leash. I do not want to continue being awoken at 2:00 AM by college students' music, barbecuing, etc. on their balcony; but most frustratingly, I do not want to continue working with dismissive property management who never enter the property themselves to make this property the "luxury living" community they market it as. Save your money and spend it at another property that doesn't allow itself to be littered with crash, pet feces, and entitled college kids who have no regard for others.
