The place to be at RIGA Have tested the Skyline Bar, if you are looking for a place that makes you say "wow" that's it! A breathtaking view of the whole city, you go up to the 26th floor! Lounge bar cozy, deco top, it feels very very good. Too bad that with cocktails, the service does not offer antipasti to nibble. This is not yet on the agenda in Latvia.
