I am given an estimate of 3 to 5 days for a diagnosis of reboot problem. After 10 days, I call to have a questionable answer and in a condescending tone that the problem was not found. After 15 days I still have not got a reminder.

This is the very definition of "amateurs" and I am unfortunately not surprised ...
