It's too bad I can't leave a 0 star rating on here. Car has been at the dealership for a month now & has not been touched/worked. I keep being told 'We're shorthanded, but we have someone scheduled to look at it and get you an estimate for how much repairs will be'. Crickets again for a while. I've already had to get a ride up to the dealership so I can actually talk to someone since no one knows how to return calls. Seemed promising after I spoke with someone in person (this was after it had already been there two weeks) - a blunder on my behalf for believing that, as it's been another 2 weeks since then. I hate to have to get on Google to leave a bad review, but I can't get anyone at the dealership to even answer or return my calls anymore. Once the roads clear up - it's back up to the dealership so I can just get my car back and take it somewhere else. Worst experience I've had to-date with a dealership.
