My girlfriend and I visited the branch today and I...

My girlfriend and I visited the branch today and I haven't seen the appointment of bank assistant Tom. I understand that quarantine is declared, but with the exception of banking services, etc. We needed to open a joint account to pay the rent, as we moved to Prague. Yes, an account can be set up over the internet, but since we were setting up a joint account for the first time, we wanted to know how it worked and ask. We wore masks to avoid endangering workers, even if we are healthy. Already at the arrival one of our employees asked us what we need. In our response that we were going to set up a joint account, he responded vaguely that we had a great day and that we were students who had time off. So I told him that if this was a problem, we could come another time. But he sent us to a bank assistant, Tom, who was just a pro. I understand that he kept his distance and took us one at a time, but the scenes where he shook his eyes shaking his head, what we're doing there, and bothering him and threatening his health, at one point we wanted to leave and never return to Air Bank. He told us almost nothing about the account and its management and use. I understand that the situation in the Czech Republic is currently escalated and unclear, but when I am in the work (or I must be) so do not behave as an absolute cad. On the contrary, they think that in worse times it is necessary to maintain professionalism and consideration for others. If a staff member decently told us that at the moment it would be better to open an account via the Internet and, for example, come later and have everything explained, it would be a different situation.
