What a company disaster. In the space of a year I received 4 shipments from Amazon that Seur has not been able to deliver on the established date. Seur's tracking website has nothing to do with effective deliveries: very pretty but inoperative and useless. I put a claim on Seur more than a month ago, and they haven't even deigned to answer.
