Service standard in the women's accessories dept not as high as their prices and appearance. Despite having confirmed by phone yesterday an appointment with their milliner, no-one on the floor knew of it and the milliner was not available. The pre-paid hat was supplied in a very mediochre box and we had to ask and advise on how it should be repackaged to avoid it getting soaked in the rain. Pleasant young assistant, but the training and facilities were clearly poor.
