I had a no fault accident where a van driver carried out a U-turn as I was filtering past. The bike, a Triumph Tiger Explorer, had extensive cosmetic damage. My insurers entrusted repair work to 4th Dimension. From the very start they were absolutely brilliant, keeping me informed on a regular basis regarding the repair progress on my bike. Whenever I sent an e-mail enquiry, they answered straight back. They were always willing to discuss all aspects of my bike's repair status. Eventually, my bike was returned to me on the promised date. I expected a professional repair, but what I got was far more than this. The bike was absolutely superb. The attention to detail ensured that neither I nor anyone else could tell the bike had been involved in an accident. Not even the slightest of scuffs was visible. Everything was perfect. They even replaced damaged after-market accessories (screen and handguards) with like for like replacements. The bike was absolutely immaculate and made me so happy to see it back where it belongs in such pristine condition.
These guys are top notch and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
