Still, the framework is set and kept: you know what to expect and you realize, at every step, that the value delivered is greater than the promise.
This is the experience that I lived.
We wanted to prototype a high-fidelity interactive version allowing our concept to be tested in 6 phases before estimating and launching the development of a V1.
Mission accomplished brilliantly, I highly recommend.
