Took my van in for an oil change. They damaged the...

Took my van in for an oil change. They damaged the fin on the roof (not quite sure how... if they were working under the hood??) .. they agreed to repair it and provide me with a loaner van... the same type of van they damaged because I have a large family. Made an appointment and took the van in today. Not only did it take almost an hour to get a loaner ... NO van!!!! So not only have I been inconvenienced by having to take my van in to be repaired because they damaged it .... I no longer have a vehicle that fits my entire family. To top it off... it s the weekend. Now we have to take 2 cars to go anywhere.... so NOT practical and all of this because they damaged it

After receiving a call the next day ... we were given a van to accommodate our family. Thank you
