Excellent quality hotel. stayed for a month in the ITC one room. Large room with plenty of storage space, Bose radio, and good tv and lighting. Coffee and tea provided was above standard. Twice daily house keeping by Susant was impeccible. Kiran at the Towers lounge made me feel more welcome and was the reason I decided to stay the entire month. Breakfast was also excellent with several a la carte options. Concierge fulfilled all requests as well. Only recommendations: include auxillary cable to plug phone into Bose radio. Also it would be good to vary the fruit choices in the room especially for a long term guest. As Starwood gold, I was given free WiFi which may be good for other people to know. The wifi was fast and signal was excellent and only requires login on a weekly basis which is so much better than other hotels.
