My bill has gone up 10% over the past couple years...

My bill has gone up 10% over the past couple years because they keep adding miscellaneous fees to it (What the heck is a bill rendering fee?). Oh and they started charging a credit card processing fee too so if you factor that in my bill has really gone up by 15% if I pay with a credit card. I migrated my phone service and all my phone numbers to the cloud at least a year ago but I'm still stuck paying Powernet for phone service I don't even have any more. Can't wait until my term is up.
